Naval Jawaharlal Totla was a Nominee Director in the Board at the time of his appointment, nominated by BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC, Private Equity Investor of the company. After BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC sold its entire investment in the company, Naval Jawaharlal Totla continued in the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
