Dilip Buildcon bags road project in Chhattisgarh from NHAI

Dilip Buildcon said it has bagged a Rs 860.50 crore road project in Chhattisgarh from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

Dilip Buildcon has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) on 18 March 2020 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for new Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) project in Chhattisgarh. The project envisages with paved shoulder of Pathrapall-Kathghora section of Bilaspur-Kathghora section of NH-111 in Chhattisgarh under Bharatmala on hybrid annuity mode by NHAI, the filing said. The announcement was made during market hours today, 19 March 2020.

On a consolidated basis, its net profit slumped 52.2% to Rs 85.47 crore on a 1.1% fall in net sales to Rs 2,564.39 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.

 

Dilip Buildcon is engaged in the business of infrastructure facilities on engineering procurement and construction (EPC) basis. The firm undertakes contracts from various government and other parties and special purpose vehicles promoted by the company. It operates through construction and engineering contracts segment.

Shares of Dilip Buildcon declined 2.68% to Rs 254.10. The stock traded in the range of Rs 243.35 to Rs 254.60 so far.
