Fixes issue price of Rs 530 per share
Dilip Buildcon announced the closure of the QIP issue on 26 April 2021. The QIP Committee of the company has determined and approved the issue price of Rs 540 per equity share (including premium of Rs 530 per share) (which is at a discount of 5% to the floor price of Rs 568.41 per share), for equity shares to be allotted to qualified institutional buyers.
