Valuation at Rs 350 crore (incl. fixed assets of Rs 270 crore)
Dr Datsons Labs announced that Mires B.V (Proposed Acquirer) completed the valuation of the two plants of the Company situated at Mahad and Pune.The Total Fair Valuation of the Company stood at Rs 350 crore out which valuation of the fixed assets of the company stood at Rs 270 crore.
The Detailed term sheet for process of proposed Acquisition will be received by the Company shortly. The Company undertakes to take all necessary steps for the Benefit of the stakeholders of the Company.
