CDPQ now holds 20% stake in the share capital of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company
Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company announced that after due receipt of the Reserve Bank of India approval, 3,32,00,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each held by CDPQ Private Equity Asia Pte Ltd. (CDPQ) have been converted into 5,26,31,579 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company.
