With effect from 02 February 2015
Eimco Elecon (India) announced that one of the Director of the Company, Vihang Virkar has resigned from the Board with effect from 29 January 2015 and Board has accepted the same at the meeting held on 02 February 2015.Further the Company has informed that, one women director viz. Manjula Devi Schroff has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board with effect from 02 February 2015.
