Elecon Engineering Company announced that Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide its Oral Order dated 07 October 2016 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Elecon EPC Projects with Elecon Engineering Company.The Company is awaiting the certified copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court for further actions.
