Electrosteel Castings announced that the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company, at their respective meetings held on 10 September, 2021, have, inter-alia, approved, with
requisite majority, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Srikalahasthi Pipes (Transferor Company) with Electrosteel Castings (Transferee Company or Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors, on a going concern basis, under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
