A bulk deal of 7.08 lakh shares was executed on Elgi Equipments counter at Rs 145.10 per share at 11:31 IST on BSE today, 2 September 2014.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 194.11 points, or 0.72%, to 27,061.66
Bulk deal boosted volume on the counter. On BSE, so far 7.91 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 17,000 shares in the past two weeks.
The stock hit a high of Rs 146.50 and a low of Rs 135.50 so far during the day.
