Emkay Global Financial Services announced that Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board in it meeting held on 22 May 2015 have transacted the following business:- Granted 1,00,000 stock options representing equivalent number of equity shares of Rs.10/- each at the price of Rs. 56/- per option, to the employee(s) of the subsidiary Companies under Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 (ESOP-2007).
