With effect from 01 April 2014
Empee Sugars & Chemicals has announced the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company effective from 01 April 2014 :M K Mohan, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from 01 April 2014 to comply with the new Companies Act, 2013 regulations since he has completed ten years period.
The appointment of Sheeju Purushothaman as Joint Managing Director of the company has expired on 31 March 2014. However he will continue as Director of the Company.
