The Board has sought clarification to the announcement made by Company on 30 June 2018 titled "Consolidation of plant operations and consequent discontinuation of manufacturing facilities at its Manesar plant with effect from 31 August 2018. It was announced further that Company's plant at Manesar has contributed nearly 3.8% witnessing low sales to key customers thus affecting the viability of operations in plant.
