FY to be from 01 July 2015 to 31 March 2016
Ensa Steel Industries announced that the Company was following 30th June as the accounting year till June, 2015. The Company had at the last Annual General Meeting held on 31 December 2015 passed the special resolution for change in financial year from June to March in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013.The next financial year of the Company will be for nine months i.e. from 01 July 2015 to 31 March 2016.
