Equitas Holdings announced that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee in its meeting held on 20 May 2018 has approved an allotment of 1,29,521 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.
The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 340,53,59,610 to Rs. 340,66,54,820.
