Eros International Media consolidated net profit declines 37.80% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 33.08% to Rs 180.62 crore

Net profit of Eros International Media declined 37.80% to Rs 31.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 50.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 33.08% to Rs 180.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 269.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 0.50% to Rs 243.29 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 242.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 11.56% to Rs 1399.70 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1582.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
