Sales decline 47.55% to Rs 185.96 crore
Net Loss of Essar Shipping reported to Rs 118.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 34.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 47.55% to Rs 185.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 354.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 229.15 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 93.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 40.43% to Rs 870.55 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1461.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
