Ester Industries has announced that Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital vide an order made on 25 March 2014 has approved the scheme of arrangement among Ester Industries (Transferee) and Sriyam Impex (Transferor) and their respective shareholders and creditors.The Company have applied to the court for the certified copy of the order and the same is awaited.
