With effect from 07 May 2014
Ester Industries announced that the Company have obtained the Order dated 25 March 2014 of Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand approving the Scheme of Arrangement, entered between Ester Industries and Sriyam Impex and their respective shareholders, creditors and all concerned, on 26 April 2014.Further the Company have filed the Order with ROC on 07 May 2014, therefore the effective date of this Scheme of Arrangement is 07 May 2014.
