Exide Industries announced that S B Raheja has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 27 May 2014 due to personal reasons.Consequently, D S Parekh who was appointed as an Alternate Director to S B Raheja ceases to be a Director of the Company with effect from 27 May 2014.
