FDC announced that Dr. Nagam H. Atthreya, Non Executive Independent Director, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company, due to his advanced age vide his resignation letter dated 25 August 2014 which has been accepted and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 06 September 2014.To fill the above vacancy, Swati S. Mayekar has been appointed as Additional Non Executive Independent Director by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 06 September 2014 with immediate effect.
