On conversion of warrants
Fedders Lloyd Corporation has allotted 20.60 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants.Subsequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increase to Rs 32.82 crore comprising of 3,28,29,700 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
