Two-day net inflow of Rs 171.80 crore on 13 and 14 January 2014

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) bought shares worth a net Rs 171.80 crore during two trading sessions on Monday, 13 January 2014 and Tuesday, 14 January 2014.

The two-day net inflow of Rs 171.80 crore on 13 and 14 January 2014, was a result of gross purchases Rs 5362 crore and gross sales Rs 5190.20 crore. The entire net inflow of Rs 171.80 crore during two trading sessions on 13 and 14 January 2014 pertained to secondary equity market transactions.

FIIs have purchased shares worth a net Rs 817.20 crore in January 2014 so far (till 14 January 2014). FIIs bought shares worth a net Rs 16085.80 crore in December 2013.

 

FIIs have purchased shares worth a net Rs 817.30 crore in 2014 so far (till 10 January 2014). FIIs bought shares worth a net Rs 113135.70 crore in 2013.

There are a total of 1,723 foreign funds registered with the Securities & Exchange Board of India.
