Two-day net inflow of Rs 3653.50 crore on 13 and 14 May 2014
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) bought shares worth a net Rs 3653.50 crore during two trading sessions on Tuesday, 13 May 2014 and Wednesday, 14 May 2014.
The two-day net inflow of Rs 3653.50 crore on Tuesday, 13 May 2014 and Wednesday, 14 May 2014, was a result of gross purchases of Rs 11589.10 crore and gross sales of Rs 7935.60 crore. There was a net inflow of Rs 3654.40 crore into the secondary equity markets on 13 and 14 May 2014, which was a result of gross purchases of Rs 11589.10 crore and gross sales of Rs 7934.60 crore.
There was an outflow of Rs 1 crore from the category 'primary market & others' during two trading sessions on Tuesday, 13 May 2014 and Wednesday, 14 May 2014.
FIIs have bought shares worth a net Rs 8255.20 crore in this month so far (till 14 May 2014). FIIs purchased shares worth a net Rs 9602.40 crore in April 2014.
