Finolex Cables jumped 6.66% to Rs 708 at 13:47 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 26,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 7,343 shares in the past two weeks.
Aban Offshore surged 5.04% to Rs 200.95. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.77 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.87 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
IPCA Laboratories gained 4.38% at Rs 556. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6,622 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12,000 shares in the past two weeks.
PC Jeweller advanced 4.23% at Rs 452. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.60 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 3.07 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories rose 3.72% to Rs 2,275. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 91,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 33,000 shares in the past two weeks.
