Bengal Tea & Fabrics has announced that on 13 March 2014, a fire broke out in the waste godown of the textile unit of the company located at Ahmedabad.The stock are adequately insured and the loss/extent of damage is being assessed. However, the production and normal operations have not been affected at the unit.
