Under ESOS 2003
Firstsource Solutions has allotted 3,57,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 26 March 2014 under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 659.73 crore consisting of 659,734,876 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
