Fortis Healthcare announced the conclusion of deal for divestment of its Singapore Subsidiary, Fortis Healthcare International's entire holding in Fortis Healthcare Singapore which holds Fortis Surgical Hospital to Concord Medical Services, for a consideration of SGD 55 million.
