FPIs turn net buyers

Net inflow of Rs 175.76 crore on 13 June 2018

Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) bought stocks worth a net Rs 175.76 crore from the secondary equity markets on 13 June 2018, as compared with net outflow of Rs 1292.15 crore on 12 June 2018.

The net inflow of Rs 175.76 crore into the secondary equity markets on 13 June 2018 was a result of gross purchases of Rs 5039.55 crore and gross sales of Rs 4863.79 crore.

There was a net outflow of Rs 1.07 crore into the 'primary market & others' category on 13 June 2018.

FPIs have sold stocks worth a net Rs 16197.89 crore into the secondary equity markets in calendar 2018 so far (till 13 June 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 9768.38 crore from the secondary equity markets in calendar 2017.

 

FPIs have bought stocks worth a net Rs 14515 crore from the primary market & others' category in calendar 2018 so far (till 13 June 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 41485.09 crore from the primary market & others' category in calendar 2017.
