Under ESOP
Future Consumer has issued and allotted 124,983 equity shares consequent to exercise of options, at the exercise price as determined under the ESOP Schemes of the Company on 13 November 2017.In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,057,164,092/- comprising of 1,842,860,682 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.
