Future Retail announced that the Company has made further investment in its subsidiary, Staples Future Office Products (SFOL), pursuant to the rights issue, which has resulted in increase of its total holding from 60% to 61.67% of the equity share capital of SFOL.SFOL is in B2B business of office stationery supplies & services under the brand name of "Staples".
