i. Anjali Anand Singh has been appointed as a Woman Director
ii. Dr. Arun Jaura has been appointed as a Non-Executive independent Director
(iii) Pradipta Sen has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director
2. Resignation of Directors:
i. Deepak Chopra has resigned as a Chairman and Director from the Board of the Company
ii. H. R. Prasad has resigned as a Director from the Board of the Company
ii. Gurdeep Singh has resigned as a Director from the Board of the Company
3. Appointment of Chairperson of the Board:
- Singh has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of the Company.
