Gajra Bevel Gears announced that its board of directors have considered and approved for change in the accounting year of the company from 01 July 2013 and will be closed on 31 March 2014 (for a period of 9 months) at their meeting held on 13 February 2014 in accordance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1956.
