Gallantt Ispat announced that vide its order dated 08 January 2018, Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved and sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Shikharji Rolling, Shikharji Steel & Agro Products, Bhavika Steel Agencies, Shrinu Agro, Shrinu Steel Works, Gyanika Flour Mills, Satlaj Ispat and Satlaj Flour Mills with Gallantt Ispat.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
