Gateway Distriparks has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 May 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:Approved the payment of Second Interim Dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10 each, for the financial year 2013-14 to the shareholders.
Bhaskar Reddy has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 01 May 2014.
K J M Shetty Director & Chairman-Audit Committee has resigned as Director, with effect from 01 May 2014.
