On conversion of preference shares
Gayatri BioOrganics announced that the Allotment Committee of the Company in their meeting held on 10 September 2015 has allotted 1,08,56,350 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each resulting from the conversion of 10,85,635 6% Optional Cumulative Convertible/Redeemable Preference shares) of Rs. 100/- each (Which have been issued by virtue of interim Order passed by the Hon'ble BIFR).Consequent to the allotment of the equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from the present Rs. 50,92,49,900/- divided into 5,09,24,990 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 61,78,13,400/- divided into 6,17,81,340 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
