Scheme becomes effective on 01 April 2016
Geecee Ventures announced that about the order of Hon'ble Bombay High Court, sanctioning Scheme of Amalgamation between GeeCee Logistics & Distributions, the Transferor Company with GeeCee Ventures, the Transferee Company and their respective shareholders and creditors.The Scheme shall become effective from the Appointed Date i.e. 01 April 2014 upon filing of the Certified Copy of Order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, sanctioning the Scheme, with the Registrar of Companies.
As GeeCee Logistics & Distributions, the Transferor Company is wholly owned subsidiary of GeeCee Ventures, the Transferee Company, no consideration is to be discharged by the Transferee Company by way of issue of shares or otherwise.
