Geodesic has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and passed a circular resolution under Section 289 of the Companies Act, 1956 to change the Financial Year of the Company. Hence, the current Financial Year of the Company will be of 9 months from 01 July 2013 to 31 March 2014.
