At 60.26/27 per dollar

Rupee opened on a weaker note on Wednesday (25 June 2014), at 60.26/27 per dollar, compared to its previous close of 60.1325/1425 per dollar.

The loss is due to dollar's gains against most other Asian currencies due to fears of a further rise in crude oil prices thanks to Iraq violence.
