GHCL announced that Board of Directors of the Company has approved the following changes in directorship through circular resolution:1. Padma Vinod Betai, Chief General Manager - IDBI Bank, has been appointed as Nominee Director of the Company in place of D. C. Jain w.e.f. 06 September 2014.
2. S. H. Ruparell has resigned from the directorship of the Company, due to his personal reasons, w.e.f. 15 September 2014.
3. K. C. Jani has been appointed as an Additional Director under category of Independent Director, with effect from 18 September 2014.
