With effect from 17 May 2016
GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare announced that the Board noted that Horlicks Limited had withdrawn the Nomination of Jonathan Box and nominated Joaquin Beneyto Mascaro in his place, as the Director of the Company with effect from 17 May 2016, under Article 97-A of the Articles of Association of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, Sonali Khanna, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned and the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 17 May 2016 has accepted her resignation and accordingly Sonali Khanna ceases to be a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of 17 May 2016.
