Global Infratech & Finance announced that Riya Aliyar has been appointed as Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 12 February 2015.Further, Pravin Sawant has been resigned from Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 12 February 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company have approved both Appointment and Resignation of above referred Directors w.e.f. their date of Appointment and Resignation.
