GMM Pfaudler announced that Sudipta Sengupta, Director of the Company has vide his letter dated 27 March 2015 tendered his resignation as Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 March 2015.The Board of Directors shall take on record this resignation at the next Board Meeting.
