Under ESGS
Godrej Industries announced that the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, has approved the allotment of *41,834 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each, which have been allotted pursuant to exercise of options in terms of ESGS 2011.* Of the total 41,834 equity shares to be listed, 41,800 equity shares are allotted in terms of the ESGS 2011, as approved by the stock exchanges. The balance 34 equity shares are allotted in terms of and in compliance with the court approved scheme of amalgamation Wadala Commodities Limited with Godrej Industries.
