The second project will be a residential development on a land parcel located in the prime micro-market of Matunga (E), Mumbai. This project will offer approximately 16,000 square meters (0.17 million square feet) of saleable area comprising of residential apartments of various configurations. The site is situated near Five Gardens Matunga (E), which is one of the most central and preferred residential locations in Mumbai.
