Godrej Properties allots 1.27 crore equity shares

On preferential basis

The duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties has at its meeting held on 08 June 2018, allotted 1,27,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs.5 to GAMNAT on Preferential Basis at the price of Rs 783.50 per equity share.

Consequently, with effect from 08 June 2018, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.1,14,66,04,775 consisting of 22,93,20,955 equity shares of Rs.5 each.
