Godrej Properties gains as board to consider rights issue

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 113.59 points, or 0.58%, to 19,787.23.

On BSE, 921 shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 11,743 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 629 and a low of Rs 620 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 689 on 7 December 2012. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 482 on 2 August 2012.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 6 May 2013, rising 15.73% compared with the Sensex's 6.63% rise. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 2.91% as against Sensex's 0.17% rise.

 

The mid-cap real estate developer has an equity capital of Rs 78.05 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

The company's consolidated net profit rose 24% to Rs 35.48 crore on 57.7% rise in total income to Rs 267.78 crore in Q3 December 2012 over Q3 December 2011.
