Among the other constituents of the index, Oberoi Realty Ltd decreased 1.42% and Phoenix Mills Ltd lost 1.06% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 7.82 % over last one year compared to the 17.18% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
