With effect from 02 January 2017
Gokak Textiles announced that due to his personal commitments, Mohan Ketkar has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 January 2017.Further, the Company has informed that Vikram Nagar, Chief Financial Officer is appointed as the Compliance Officer, for the interim period, till the appointment of a qualified Company Secretary.
