The committee of directors of Grasim Industries has allotted 2979 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company upon exercise of stock options under its employee stock option scheme, 2006.
Consequent to the said allotment, the equity share capital of the company has increased to 9,18,10,292 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 91,81,02,920.
