Awaits approval of Jharkhand High Court
Grasim Industries announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) with Grasim Industries has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench Indore on 09 October 2015.The Certified copy of Order has been received by the Company on 19 October 2015.
The sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation by this Order will be subject to the Outcome of the Petition filed by Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) (Transferor Company) before the Jharkhand High Court.
